This "VIP Appointment Packages" campaign (the "Campaign") is organised by LONDONIST ATHENS MONOPROSOPI I.K.E. (the "Company", trading as "Londonist Investments") for investors making a real estate investment under the Greek Golden Visa programme.

The purpose of the Campaign is to accelerate the investor's Golden Visa application process through a VIP appointment model conducted at centres outside Athens (resulting in an average processing time of 3 months), and to have certain costs arising during this process covered by the Company according to the investment amount.

The benefits offered under the Campaign are divided into four packages according to the amount of the investor's real estate investment: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The services covered by each package and the corresponding investment range are set out in the table below.

The package the investor is included in is determined following the Company's confirmation of the investment amount.

3.1 Furnished Delivery

Properties purchased are delivered in a general furnished standard containing the essential elements required for daily living (bed, sofa set, white goods, etc.); this is provided across all packages at no additional charge.

3.2 VIP Application Process

The VIP application process is a model whereby the Golden Visa application is conducted through authorised centres outside Athens, aiming to conclude in a shorter time (an average of 3 months). The additional application fee required for this process (approximately €1,100) is covered by the Company under all packages. The time to conclude the application process may vary depending on the workload of the relevant authorities and applicable regulations; the stated 3-month period is an estimate and does not constitute a firm commitment.

3.3 2-Night Accommodation

As the VIP appointment process takes place at a location outside Athens, the cost of 2 (two) nights' accommodation for the investor and at most 3 accompanying person (4 people in total) is covered by the Company. Accommodation is provided through one of the Company's partner hotels. Should the investor choose a higher-category accommodation, or should the number of applicants exceed 4 people, any resulting price difference is borne by the investor.

3.4 Legal Fee (Gold and Platinum Packages)

Under the Gold and Platinum packages, the fee of the lawyer engaged in the Golden Visa application process is covered by the Company. The lawyer is appointed from among the Company's partner law firms; should the investor prefer to engage their own lawyer, the fee covered under this clause will not apply.

3.5 Car Rental (Silver and Platinum Packages)

Under the Silver and Platinum packages, the cost of a rental car for transport to the centre where the VIP appointment takes place is covered by the Company. The car rental service is limited to the route and duration determined by the Company; any additional route, extended duration, or different vehicle class requested is borne by the investor.

•  To benefit from the Campaign, a real estate investment agreement must have been signed and/or the investment amount transferred to the account notified by the Company, under the Golden Visa programme in Greece, through the Company.

•  The Campaign is valid only for transactions conducted through the Company's authorised representatives.

•  Where more than one unit is purchased under the same investor's name, package benefits apply to one unit only; additional units are assessed for package eligibility separately.

•  To benefit from the services under the Campaign, the investor must submit the identification, passport and application documents requested by the Company in full and in a timely manner.

The Campaign came into effect on 3 August 2026 and will end once the first 20 applications have been completed. For an investment to be evaluated under the Campaign, the investment agreement must have been signed. The Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.

The services covered under the Campaign (VIP application fee, accommodation, legal fee, car rental) do not require any additional payment from the investor beyond the real estate investment amount. However, any additional costs not covered by this document (visa fees, translation, notary, title deed costs, travel insurance, personal expenses, etc.) remain the investor's own responsibility.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or fully cancel the package scope, investment ranges and services offered under these Campaign terms, with or without prior notice. Should the investor withdraw from the Campaign before signing the investment agreement, the Company assumes no obligation for any as-yet-unused services (accommodation, car rental, etc.).

Should the investment agreement be cancelled for reasons attributable to the investor, costs actually covered by the Company under the Campaign (accommodation, flight tickets, car rental, VIP application fee, legal fee, etc.) may be claimed back from the investor.

While the Company will use its best efforts regarding the timeframe for concluding the VIP application process, it does not guarantee a fixed timeframe, as the process depends on the operations of the relevant public authorities. The Company cannot be held liable for service quality issues, delays or disruptions arising from accommodation, transport, or legal advisory services provided by third-party suppliers (hotel, car rental company, law firm); in such cases, the Company's responsibility is limited to supporting a reasonable resolution by liaising with the relevant supplier.

Personal data collected under the Campaign (identification details, contact information, travel and accommodation details, etc.) is processed solely for the purposes of conducting the Campaign and the Golden Visa application process, and is stored and protected in accordance with the Company's applicable Privacy Policy and personal data protection legislation.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Campaign terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic, where the Company is registered, and the courts and enforcement offices of Athens (Greece) shall have jurisdiction.
